About Heidi Hope

Heidi Hope (Guerard) is an artist, photographer, and educator based in St. Augustine, Florida. A former high school art teacher, Heidi achieved international recognition with her whimsical photography and hand-painted backdrops created out of her world-renowned portrait photography studio in Rhode Island.

Inspired by finding the light in people and nature, Heidi's ethereal artwork and photography is created to evoke a sense of inspiration, joy and magic in the viewer. After moving from New England to the beautiful city of St. Augustine, Florida in 2022, Heidi was compelled to create more art featuring the beauty of the coast and local landmarks.

Heidi opened an art studio in St. Augustine Florida in 2026 and teaches art and photography to kids and adults of all levels from beginner to pro.

Since graduating with a BFA in Art Education in 2003, Heidi's paintings have been made into photography backgrounds for life celebrations and been commissioned by major commercial brands like Dunkin' and Summer Infant. Her baby and family photography has graced the covers of magazines and the walls of celebrity homes.
